- Collaborate with the Implementation Team to undertake all SA&D tasks, including requirements gathering, system analysis and design, and documentation.
- Lead System Acceptance Tests, support customer User Acceptance Tests, and manage system production rollout.
- Apply direct experience with web-based application system(s) or call centre application system(s) implementation.
- Possess at least 5 years of IT experience, particularly in system analysis, design, and implementation.
- At least 3 years of relevant IT experience should be in web-based human resource management systems with business intelligence tools.
- Agile software development experience is required, with a minimum of one completed project lasting no less than 12 months.
- A university degree is required.
