- Lead the Medical Team in planning and executing promotional strategies to drive business growth
- Engage regularly with healthcare professionals and participate in medical events, drive new initiatives and market trend inviting passionate healthcare professionals and medical KOLs
- Conduct market analysis and share actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the Global Medical Team to enhance training and team capabilities
- Ensure all promotional and educational activities adhere to medical and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree or above in Clinical Science, Nutrition, Healthcare, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare (clinical setting), pharmaceutical, health supplement, or milk formula industries, including team leadership and commercial exposure
- Strong digital acumen and proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the infant nutrition or milk formula industry and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems would be of advantage
- Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to achieving KPIs and business goals with a strong ownership mindset
- More experienced individual will be consider for more senior management positions
