Our plans to expand into the Greater Bay Area (GBA) will also cultivate talent to serve Hong Kong and the wider metropolitan GBA.For more information about the University, please visit .We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Public Affairs Office:QualificationsMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Public Affairs Office (PAO) is seeking a proactive and self-motivated candidate to lead our digital marketing and online initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs or his/her nominee(s) in the PAO, the successful candidate will mainly be responsible for:Leading and implementing full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive visibility growth, brand awareness and student acquisition;Developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to the university website, the New Centre website, paid search, paid social, display and content engagement;Defining digital customer journey and establishing performance tracking mechanism to achieve KPIs;Managing day-to-day campaign operations: media planning, budget allocation, A/B testing, and real-time optimization;Continuously improving ROI, target-audience acquisition cost, and conversion rates;Monitoring and analysing website and digital campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement;Translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations;Collaborating with different teams and offices to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis, while ensuring alignment on goals and messaging;Managing agency relationships and providing guidance to junior team members (if applicable);Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and sharing knowledge and insights with the team;Generating regular performance reports and presentations;Overseeing website revamp projects, including planning, execution, and ensuring with branding and user experience goals; and * Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Public Affairs or his/her nominee(s).CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies:A recognised degree, preferably in marketing, business, journalism, communications, public relations or related disciplines;At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a strong focus on performance marketing, analytics, and lead generation;Proven success in managing omni-channel strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media management and growth strategies, advertising campaigns and delivering measurable results;Experience in managing website revamp projects, ensuring alignment with branding, user experience best practices, SEO and digital marketing goals;Expertise in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other Martech solutions;Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua;Strong PR sense;Mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a proactive, can-do spirit;A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;Well-organised with strong multi-tasking and time management skills;Capable of managing projects independently while working under pressure and tight deadlines; and * Flexible and willing to work outside office hours when necessary.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and interview.Terms and Conditions for AppointmentAn attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
