- Directly working with CEO and CFO, overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration activities, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations etc.
- Lead a team to provide HR Operations across APAC region
- Plan, review, develop, drive and implement various policies and procedures
- Manage staff movements, grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters
- Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably from Fashion/Retail industry with at least 3 years at a managerial level
- Experience in working directly with an Executive Leadership team and/or CFO & CEO will be an advantage; providing support and strategic insights to align with organizational goals
- Able to build trust-worthy relationships with strong communication and people management skills
- Positive mind, detail-orientated, well-organized and flexible
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
- Well versed in employment related legislation and HR practices, with regional exposure in APAC regions will be an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
