- Build the relationships between the company and their travel partners in Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Be the figurehead to grow the interest of having tour groups travelling from China to Morocco.
- Maintaining relationships with the tour/travel organizations to ensure they can build an interest in travel to Casablanca
- Stay up to date with travel routes to ensure easy and affordable travel to Casablanca
- Report directly to the team in Ireland and Morocco.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Undergraduate degree in hospitality, travel, communications or a related discipline
- A strong background in hospitality and travel sales, minimum of 5 years of hospitality / travel sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Mandarin and English are mandatory for this position
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
