The Sales Director will be the figurehead of the company's growth for their new business in the hospitality and travel industry. This role is based in Hong Kong, with travel to be required when neededClient DetailsThe hiring company is one of the global leader in aviation management, known for their expertise and global presence, this will be a chance to be the head of their new business.DescriptionAs a Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Build the relationships between the company and their travel partners in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Be the figurehead to grow the interest of having tour groups travelling from China to Morocco.
  • Maintaining relationships with the tour/travel organizations to ensure they can build an interest in travel to Casablanca
  • Stay up to date with travel routes to ensure easy and affordable travel to Casablanca
  • Report directly to the team in Ireland and Morocco.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
ProfileA successful Sales Director should have:
  • Undergraduate degree in hospitality, travel, communications or a related discipline
  • A strong background in hospitality and travel sales, minimum of 5 years of hospitality / travel sales experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Mandarin and English are mandatory for this position
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
