- Becholor Degree or above in business or related subjects
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer health care, with a strong track record in sales leadership.
- Deep understanding of general trade and key account dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive commercial strategy.
- Strong analytically, negotiation, and communication skills.
