- Lead technical feasibility studies, evaluations, and assist in project justification and prioritization during the initial IT project stages.
- Plan IT projects focusing on scope, schedule, cost, resources, security, quality, and communication to meet objectives.
- Oversee IT project execution, addressing constraints related to scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, security, and risk.
- Tackle technical issues within the project, considering progress, quality, and risk.
- Ensure system implementation adheres to development standards, architectural directives, and security controls.
- Work with stakeholders to align project scope, schedule, cost, and progress with objectives.
- Aid IT teams in resource and schedule planning, resolving related constraints.
- Manage all project-related budgets and expenses, both internal and external.
- Supervise vendors to guarantee on-time project delivery.
- Maintain training materials and provide user training.
- Follow regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, upholding high integrity.
- Adhere to risk control guidelines and procedures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 7 years of IT project management and application development experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a project manager and 3 years as a systems analyst.
- Must have solid experience in the Systems Development Life Cycle (Waterfall) and project management methodology, including end-to-end project delivery.
- A proven track record in managing vendors for IT projects.
- Familiarity with IT process improvement, policy, and procedure development.
- Knowledge of CMMI, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, organizing workload and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for any audience.
