- Provide administrative support to Chairperson Office team, including expense claims handling, document preparation, maintain filing system, purchase necessary items for the executive.
- Work closely with the team to incorporate executive's personal appointments with business schedules into executive's diary.
- Provide logistic support to ensure smooth running of the executive & family members’ travel itineraries.
- Handling travel arrangements for the executive & family members, including flight tickets, accommodations, transportation & expenses reimbursement, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive and the team.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; 2 years related work experience in executive assistant field is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
