The ideal candidate will be resourceful, efficient and excellent communication skills. This role is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in a fast-paced corporate environment and contribute to our team’s success.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to Chairperson Office team, including expense claims handling, document preparation, maintain filing system, purchase necessary items for the executive.
  • Work closely with the team to incorporate executive's personal appointments with business schedules into executive's diary.
  • Provide logistic support to ensure smooth running of the executive & family members’ travel itineraries.
  • Handling travel arrangements for the executive & family members, including flight tickets, accommodations, transportation & expenses reimbursement, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the executive and the team.
PERSON REQUIREMENT:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; 2 years related work experience in executive assistant field is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
