HKALE/HKDSE/Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines;
At least 3 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation
Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
Proficient in Excel and Familiar with computer skill;
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, air freight & ocean freight booking form etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Familiar with Excel (e.g. vlookup)
Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;
System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;
