- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new D365 System Analyst to join the team in Hong Kong.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and configurations within Microsoft D365 to meet evolving business needs
- Manage system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between D365 and other platforms
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for adoption of new features
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and external vendors and partners for developments and upgrades
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant field
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization and configuration
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data structures, and integration techniques
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
