Key Responsibilities:Provide professional advice and outstanding customer services and support the Management to achieve the company objectivesEngage in cross team supportEnsure the meeting of preset personal KPIsCooperate with different operation teams to provide excellent services to our customersCollect feedback proactively from customers and team members to identify the area of improvement on our operationsSupport the handling of assigned ad-hoc projects from time to timeEnsure the transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company’s guidelinesKey Requirements:1 year of solid experience in customer services preferablyA pass in 5 subjects including Maths and either Chinese or English in HKCEE or HKDSE or aboveIndustry knowledge and strengths in employee benefit operation, systems and organizationsExperience of complaint handling in employee benefit business will be an advantageExcellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills StrongGood communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spokenCustomer-Driven, People-Centric and Team-FocusedSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
