Responsibilities:Project management on daily tasks to meet quality and timing requirement.To coordinate and work closely with all internal departments including sales, design, translation, proofreading and printing.To handle daily upload of documents onto HKEX platformMost communications with clients or working parties are based on telephone and emails, physical interaction with clients may be needed when client is in house.Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the SupervisorRequirements:Bachelor Degree in Communication, Business or any related disciplines2 years or above working experience in customer service fieldExperiences in financial printing industry would be an advantageProactive, Meticulous, detailed-minded and strong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Words and Power point)Good communications in both spoken & written Putonghua and EnglishShift duties are required, with additional shift allowanceImmediately available is highly preferredCandidates with less experiences would be considered as Customer Service ExecutiveAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
