About this role

Act as the first contact point with airport lounges within APAC region with a focus on China market and provide support on the daily operations
Responsible for the onboarding of new airport lounges
Conduct trainings to lounges when necessary
Handle complaints, disputes, and enquiries in line with the company requirements
Provide administrative support to lounge operations including but not limited to card reader support and resolution, lounge stationeries (e.g. banners, desk stands) stock control, record of visits vouchers/paper rolls supplies, and welcome packs to lounge
Responsible for monthly lounge visit billing and lounge related issues
Compile best practice guides to lounges
Responsible for the installation and configuration of handheld devices, and trouble shoot the devices when there is problem on the hardware or software
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot when required
Coordinate closely with London office on all lounge programs
Develop and maintain good relationships with lounge operators
Compile reports, and maintain records on system and files in a timely manner
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor

You might fit for the role if you have

Diploma or above in business administration or related discipline
Minimum 2-3 year working experience, preferably in airline and travel industry
Hands on experience in China market is a plus
Able to work on shift working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Proficient in WeChat
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, detail-minded and able to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment
