  • Provide the highest level of guest service at the Executive Lounge
  • Ensure daily operations are running smoothly
  • Assist in food and beverage set-ups, serve customers, replenish and clear buffet
  • Be able to offer assistance to any requests for tours, restaurants and places of interest
  • Ensure Executive Lounge & pantry areas are clean and tidy at all times
  • Handle weekly stock ordering and taking
  • Provide in-room Butler service whenever required
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in F&B or hotel industry
  • Pleasant, presentable with good customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
