Assists in supervising daily shift operations
Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
Handles guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisor as necessary
Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met
Communicates to Chef and other Outlets Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels
Handles employee questions and concerns
Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis

Requirements:

Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
A minimum 5 years working experience or related fields
Good business sense with excellent serving manner
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Acquire good training and coaching skills
Good command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
