- Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, furniture and food display counter.
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
- Prepare daily personalize welcome card.
- Assist in conducting regular loyalty duties and ensure that all new initiatives, changes and enhancements are implemented.
- Higher diploma or Associate Degree, preferably with a Bachelor in hospitality or catering management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential. Other language is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
