Other facilities include a fully equipped Health Club, a 24-hour Business Centre and 15 function rooms.We are looking for a Club Concierge based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!As a Club Concierge, we rely on you to:

Provide personalised guest services, secretarial, concierge services and food & beverage services
Perform check-ins and check-outs
Be responsible for mail and information and airlines reservations / confirmations
Supervise and assist in the training of Club Ambassadors

We are looking for someone who has:

Diploma or above in Hospitalty Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations
Self-motivated and well-organised
Able to work independently
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Club Ambassador
