Supervise and monitor the daily progress of maintenance works to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
Prepare and submit completion reports and records accurately and on time.
Provide support to the Manager in general duties and operations.
Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
