Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager/Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual role involves partnering with various departments to align HR strategies with business goals while leading our talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.ResponsibilitiesHRBP:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Oversee manpower control and streamlining to achieve management excellence
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Handle staff issues as staff conflicts, grievances, poor performance, poor attendance, etc, and implement disciplinary action or counseling if needed
  • Handle staff re-deployment and retention programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR policies.
Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and refine processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HRBP.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making.
