- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and organisational development.
- Oversee manpower control and streamlining to achieve management excellence
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle staff issues as staff conflicts, grievances, poor performance, poor attendance, etc, and implement disciplinary action or counseling if needed
- Handle staff re-deployment and retention programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR policies.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and refine processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making.
