Job OverviewWe are seeking a Regional Channel Sales Manager to lead our consumer hardware products’ expansion in international markets. This critical role will define go-to-market strategies, build and manage local distribution channels, and foster key partnerships to drive business growth and increase market share.Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Strategy: Develop regional sales strategies considering local market characteristics and diverse AI hardware use-cases. Define competitive pricing structures and execute ambitious channel expansion plans.
  • Channel & Partner Management: Collaborate with distributors, resellers, and retailers—both online and offline—to optimize the channel ecosystem. Initiate and coordinate localized marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Analyze product features and customer needs to refine product positioning and customize strategies for different consumer segments and scenarios.
  • Sales Performance: Set, track, and deliver against ambitious sales targets. Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management for consumer electronics (AI hardware or 3C digital products preferred).
  • Proven expertise in channel development and partner ecosystem management.
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled in market insights and consumer analysis.
  • International work experience with fluency in the target market(s) language(s).
  • Deep understanding of AI hardware and digital product applications; able to translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
