Energetic and motivated professionals are invited to join the team of a deluxe 688-room hotel / serviced apartment complex in Ting Kau. The property is one of the subsidiaries of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. We are now inviting high caliber candidates to fill the following position.Job Responsibilities 工作職責

Introduce hotel products and services to guests
Record and process reservations made by different booking channels
Prepare reservations reports as requested
Handling enquiries and phone calls

Job Requirement 工作要求

Certificate / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related disciplines
1 year hotel reservations or operator experience is preferred
More experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent
Proficiency in computer operation and knowledge in MS Office
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
