- Lead a small team to provide fund operation services for asset managers.
- Oversee daily operations, including reconciliation, cash management, trade settlement, NAV calculation, and performance/waterfall calculations.
- Ensure timely preparation of reports, such as cash forecasts, trade confirmations, regulatory reports, and others.
- Support fund annual audits and account opening processes.
- Coordinate with external parties, including fund managers, banks, brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in fund operations within asset management companies.
- Knowledge of settlement rules for major markets and the ability to resolve settlement issues.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and quick learning skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
