Expertise in the execution of full life cycle private equity investments, from sourcing and evaluating deals, to structuring and execution, ongoing supervision of business operations, and exit
Completely capable of reviewing, analysing, and assessing potential deals and presenting to the general partners
Lead, guide and train junior members of the team
Hands on portfolio management
Who we are looking for
Significant private equity buyout experience, preferably in the US/Europe region having clearly been through the entire deal cycle end to end at a top-tier fund
You must have worked as the deal captain on numerous transactions
Superior analytical and technical capability
You should have started your career at a global bulge bracket investment bank
