- Provide high-quality office administrative support to maintain efficient office operations.
- Liaise with building management and vendors for office maintenance, procurement, and facility services.
- Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and general purchasing processes.
- Administer office access control systems and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare regular management reports and assist with budgeting for operation expenses.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including induction programs and workspace arrangements.
- Participate in project management tasks such as office renovations and contract reviews.
- Collaborate with IT team on procurement, mobile device management, and inventory tracking.
- Assist in planning and organizing staff events such as annual dinners and holiday celebrations.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
- At least 2 years' experience in office administration within a corporate environment, preferably in an international professional service, financial, or legal firm.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Less experienced candidate will be considered for the Assistant title.
