本公司將提供在職培訓，教授專業知識包括貨櫃碼頭運作、國際航運及本地在線物流服務。Duties:
  • 協助客戶處理網上服務申請及提供網上操作及使用培訓
  • 處理有關實時貨物運送查詢
  • 日常文書處理包括客戶查詢報告、核對支票及客戶資料更新
  • 監察系統交易數據，聯絡後勤部門跟進個案
  • Provide technical support to customers on terminal services
  • Answer customer inquiries on platform applications
Requirements:
  • 中學會考文憑試中文科合格
  • 具基本電腦軟件應用經驗 (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 具相關客戶服務經驗優先考慮
