Inventory and Logistic Executive

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Inventory and Logistic Supervisor.

• Update inventory data with high accuracy.
• Generate sales orders and purchase orders.
• Handle and issue daily stock selling reports.
• Manage Credit and Debit Notes in the system.
• Prepare regular inventory and budget reports.
• Support the logistic team in all aspects.

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data management, and ERP systems.
• Experience in supply planning and inventory control/management.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
