Job Responsibilities:Handle overseas and local orders as well as perform transport arrangement.Proactively communicate with related parties and understand the requirements of customers for advanced preparation and minimizing risk.Verify orders that are accurately filled in the system and send to warehouse for pick and pack processing.Liaise with internal parties, 3PLs and forwarders to ensure that goods are produced, packed, and picked up as scheduled.Manage and complete complaint claim handling & follow up.Maintain accurate stock between our inventory system and warehouse system.Perform freight cost comparison and negotiate the best option for each shipment.Responsible for monthly stock written-off and disposal processes.Rotate to perform on-site tasks like cycle count, goods checking and disposal monitoring etc.Pursue the optimal fulfilment models for cost saving perspective.Payment verification and processing with vendors and FinanceProvide administrative support to the line manager for ad hoc activities, tasks and projects as assigned.Requirements:Degree or above in any Business disciplines (Preferably in Logistics or SCM)3-5 years’ relevant experienceFluent in oral and written Cantonese & English (Mandarin is an advantage)A mature, dynamic and responsible team player as well as willing to take on challenges.Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality with strong adaptabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and WordPreferable Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) will be an advantage.A strong desire to develop career in Logistics industry.More experienced candidate is also welcome and will be considered as Senior Logistics Executive instead.Interested parties please forward your full resume (in Microsoft Word or PDF format) with current and expect salary to Human Resources Department, by clicking "APPLY NOW".Information provided will be treated in strict confidence and only be used for recruitment related purposes.
