- Strategically handle the recruitment of office positions and frontline positions
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business growth
- Formulation of C&B analysis and reports
- Experienced in handling staff engagement initiatives, employee issues, and workflow streamlining
- Participate in incentive plans & reward programs administration
- Be knowledgeable of Hong Kong employment legislation and best practice HR policies to facilitate the right people interventions for the business
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
- 6-8 years or above solid HR generalist with at least 4 years at managerial level
- HR generalist with sound know how on HR practices & system and familiar with employment ordinance
- Experienced in retail development is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in planning, designing and implementation of C&B initiatives including incentive scheme, recognition program, motivation mechanism & grading structure
- Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
- Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible
- Detail minded, self-initiative with good analytical, problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR Manager.
