
Senior Manager, Direct Sales Management

- Provide sales and service support to Direct Sales and Agencies to achieve the business target
- Provide coaching and training for Direct Sales to enhance their knowledge on products and compliance requirements
- Initiate, plan and implement special market campaigns and promotion programs
- Conduct marketing research analysis, collect update market information and make recommendation
- Liaise with internal / external parties to arrange promotion activities
- Handle customer complaints and take necessary remedial action to enhance control measures and mitigate the risks
- Ensure commission payment is accurate and punctual
- Prepare regular reports, e.g. KRI and KCSA , to minimize operational risk and for management reporting
- Coordinate / participate in ad hoc projects related to business development
- University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service and consumer finance industry at managerial level
- With agency management experience is an advantage
- In depth knowledge of unsecured lending / credit card marketing and operation
- Sound people management / complaint handling skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
