  • Solicit, qualify and develop new potential business, particularly in the China market
  • Follow up on business leads, maintain sound business relationship in China (corporate & leisure market)
  • Sell all hotel products and service to maximize total revenue
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of competition and keep abreast of market trends and to make recommendation to better strategize to capture market share
  • Manage in-house guests and develop relationship; drive repeat business and referrals
  • Manage all the Chinese social media platforms to recruit fans, drive engagement, brand awareness and interaction with hotel
  • Manage yearly RFP process and be result-driven
  • Handle sales calls and business trip
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within hotel industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and result oriented
  • Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior Sales Manager - China Market
