- Lead mechanical engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product development projects for overseas and domestic clients, spanning from NPI (New Product Introduction) to mass production.
- Own full-cycle new product design & development, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and market demands.
- Act as a key stakeholder to collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Supply Chain) and external partners, driving clear communication on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery of milestones and manage scope changes proactively.
- Conduct data-driven analysis on development schedules and costs; review new product designs for feasibility and efficiency.
- Lead design verification, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve technical challenges.
- Require regular presence at Shenzhen office (onsite or daily travel as needed).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Manager Level: 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with 5+ years in people management or project leadership.
- Senior Manager Level: 10+ years of experience, with 7+ years in senior managerial roles (candidates with exceptional experience will be prioritized for senior titles).
- Deep expertise in plastic injection molding, metal stamping, and small electronic device design.
- Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, IEC) in consumer electronics or related industries.
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools (Pro-E/Creo or SolidWorks preferred) for mechanical design and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience with FEA analysis (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills (English & Mandarin fluency required; Cantonese is a plus).
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
