- Establish a Systems Integration practice specializing in developing and delivering Enterprise cybersecurity solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in different cybersecurity solutions domain and provide guidance to management and other stakeholders on secure digital transformation strategies and solution stacks.
- Strategize the adoption of cybersecurity technologies that form the core products supported under the practice. Include engaging and managing technology vendors and channel partners to build strong relationship and technical capabilities for the practice.
- Lead the Subject Matter Expert (SME) team within the practice to pro-actively engage and shape customers’ information security strategy, objectives, and initiatives.
- Manage the SME team to support Sales in RFP opportunities and SOW scoping for budgetary quotes.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance and hands-on experience to the team in the delivery of cybersecurity projects as well as the planning and management of team resources and their KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external entities, such as product principals and distributors to develop proof-of-concept demo for product evaluation and testing as well as use cases showcasing to potential customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent. Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP) are highly desirable
- Proven experience (10+ years) in information security management or a related role, with a focus on developing and implementing security solutions in a System Integrator role
- Experience with enterprise-level systems integration projects
- Familiarity (with hands-on experience) with at least 3 security technologies, including IAM, PAM, PKI, SIEM, SOAR, NTA, DLP, EDR, Application & Network security, SSE, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to assist in driving information security initiatives and providing technical expertise to support security strategies
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to risk-based decision-making processes
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their potential security implications
- Good communication skills (spoken & written) in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
