- Build and lead a high-performing Web3 BD team, ensuring clear territory assignments, quota management, and pipeline development while fostering a customer-obsessed culture focused on long-term strategic relationships
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution for enterprise blockchain and cryptocurrency clients, with emphasis on complex deal structures and innovative commercial constructs
- Establish and maintain C-level relationships across crypto exchanges, Web3 platforms, and financial institutions, serving as AWS's executive voice in the digital assets ecosystem
- Orchestrate cross-functional and multi-geographic collaboration, aligning stakeholders across Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Partner, and Product teams to deliver comprehensive Web3 solutions
- Act as senior escalation point for non-standard agreements and strategic issues, employing significant discretion in problem-solving and leveraging executive relationships to drive deal closure
- Represent customer needs internally to influence product development and service enhancements, ensuring optimal adoption and satisfaction across the Web3 portfolio
- Provide thought leadership through external speaking engagements and internal advocacy, advancing AWS's position as the premier cloud provider for the Web3 industry
- Coach and develop team members while building a high-performance culture that balances innovation, execution, and AWS's customer-obsession principles
- Extensive sales and team leadership experience, with proven track record of closing large-scale, high-value, complex deals
- Demonstrated experience in multinational technology companies
- Deep understanding of Web3 industry and proven experience in financial services or crypto industry
- Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Good understanding and sales leadership experience with GenAI solution selling
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and solution selling methodologies
