
Sales and Marketing Executive, Travel Retail (Beauty)

- Work with Marketing team to implement ATL/BTL marketing activities to drive business and sales results in Travel Retail
- Assist in planning and implement trade marketing, promotion activities and ad-hoc events
- Day to day coordination and follow up with design/production house on marketing collaterals, creative projects, showcards, leaflets, online banners, WeChat materials, touch up on product shots etc.
- Support Team to manage inventory and coordinate distribution of product samples, GWPs and premiums
- Collect market intelligence, conduct market analysis for reporting purposes
- Handle online material listings and material preparation for land and airline retailers.
- Support the development and installation of retail merchandise and follow up with vendors, arrange VM items to doors
- Support sells in material with compliance with the market's government regulations
- Assist in preparing monthly marketing reports
- Support Commercial on the sales consolidation and related reporting professionally, generate sales reports and sales analysis
- Handle regular product registration for both inflight and non-inflight retailers
- Prepare product presentation and pricelist for order processing
- Coordinate with supplier on incentive arrangement
- Liaises with store team and BA on the VM update, brief and arrangement
- Work with contractor on counter touch up/maintenance
- Prepare competitor comparison to Area Manager and Trainer for setting training content
- Assist with trainer on seasonal training preparation and set up and coordinate with retailer on training arrangement and related support
