Due to their team expansion, they are looking for a Senior Manager to oversee charity programs and stakeholder communication.Job Description:Oversee the design, development and implementation of the project intervention and evaluations.Manage strategic portfolio by overseeing Youth Development initiatives to amplify collective impacts. Consolidate learning insights for sharing with stakeholders regularly and develop new grants for potential programs.Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.Develop and implement project governance and controls to ensure effective execution, including managing the advisory committee, supporting partners, and various taskforce groupsSupport other activities including background research on social issues, and drafting articles for publicity events as required by the organisation.Monitor the progress of anticipated output and outcome, budget spending, handle budget virements and manage project evaluation and impact assessment.Plan and oversee professional development of supporting team member.Job Requirements:Degree holder with 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in social welfare, youth development or social work sector.Solid experience of project management and organisational capability with strong problem solving and people management skillsResult-oriented with demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and multiple stakeholders' expectationEvents organisation and management experience will be a plusA proactive and detail-minded team-player with excellent interpersonal skillsFluent in Cantonese, English and MandarinCandidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.For all applications, kindly send us your updated CV quoting reference SMYP/HL.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
