Senior Operation Officer, Land Transport

- Support real-time operation management of public transport facilities at HKIA with a focus on taxi operation facilities to ensure smooth vehicle and passenger flows
- Provide support on the takeover of the Public Transport Interchange – Hong Kong Port
- Monitor the performance of contractors and business partners in relation to the staff deployment and their services performance
- Assist in liaising with Transport Department, taxi trade and travel industries for timely service resumption
- Assist in the preparation and management of enhancement projects for transport facilities at HKIA
- Manage administration for Travel Industry Vehicle (TIV) permit system
- Handle passenger feedback, incident investigation and manage transport information services
- Analyze operational data and statistics related to public transport services
- Provide support for regular meetings with Taxi Trade, stakeholders and working groups
- Assist in mentoring and supervising Operation Officers
- Degree holder in Transport Planning, Aviation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Science or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years' solid work experience in passenger transport management, airport operations or logistics
- Experience in airport operations is an advantage
- A proactive team player with good negotiation, communication, planning and organization skills
- Customer-focused, attention to details, independence, and strong ability to withstand pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess a valid Hong Kong Driving License for Class 1
