Shape Frederique Malle & Kilian Paris customer journey across APAC. Manage store opening & retail excellence, from new store designs to perfect VM execution in all distribution. Responsible for sales forecasting per door, monitoring results & retail KPIs, implementing actions when needed. Train & coach staff teams on brand DNA, marketing priorities & selling ceremony. SALES OBJECTIVES Define and exceed store's targets through close monitoring of the retail KPIs & SO results. Implementation of instore actions when needed. Understand market trends and identify competitors' best practices to unlock new business opportunities & initiatives, aiming to boost sales and promote new products. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product categories and collection to craft effective sales strategies in line with company direction. Proactively plan and execute store support and selling days to achieve retail targets in store. FOOTPRINT EXPANSION Lead designs process for new store openings with Global Store Design team and local agencies, ensuring efficient customer journey. Responsible for ordering VM materials & ensuring assortment consistency. Build retroplannings for store opening & be the timekeeper to ensure opening on time. Assist in opening/closing plan & long-term strategic development, securing prime locations to maximize brand desirability. RETAIL EXCELLENCE Work in full autonomy to be the bridge between Global Teams & APAC markets. Closely collaborate with global teams to develop best-in-class store experience, define clear zonings instore and maximize brand visibility. Execute frequent market visits & ensure perfect VM execution in our stores. Share detailed feedback after each visit and order missing VM tools. Define in-store focus based on market relevancy / top sellers. Be the eyes of the team on field to report competition best practices on VM, retailtainmant and customer offers such as GWPs. Share regular feedback and best practices with International Retail teams to nurture them with APAC learnings. Partner with logistics to ensure appropriate assortment & stock level in stores, communicate product concerns in a timely manner. Build-up regional training calendar in line with sales targets & marketing strategy. Deliver by-yearly training for each market to ensure a strong implementation of the marketing plan. Provide on-counter coaching during business trips, reviewing brand DNA, selling ceremony & top sellers. Drive HQ in developing new customer experiences and activations, sharing regular feedback and best practices from competition. Foster a warm and engaging clienteling culture, creating memorable moments and celebrating special occasions with clients. Find creative ways of recruiting new clients, leveraging on your field knowledge & partnership with Malls. Ensure competitive value proposition through exclusive offers & GWPs. Organize and/or host in-store events. 5+ years' experience in a Retail/Commercial role is a must. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to influence performance, eager to deliver results. Sharp business acumen, using data to make strategic decisions. Ability to develop, motivate and lead teams to achieve business objectives and deliver best-in-class service. Passionate about consumer trends and behaviors & curious about innovative retail excitements. Proven track record in negotiation with various counterparts. Problem-solver & creative mindset. Must enjoy working autonomously with an entrepreneur spirit.
