Assistant Education Manager

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in planning and conducting training programs both in classroom and field coaching, preferably within retail, beauty, luxury or service industry
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task; manage and be accountable for schedule and budget
• Team player with strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Proven Leader with flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to storytell brand, brand values and products in a compelling manner to increase brand love
• Possess strong and effective oral and written communication skills. Must be able to present with authority the latest skin care and makeup tips and trends, potentially relating to brands like Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Ole Henriksen Skincare
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
