
Senior Manager, Project Delivery Asia – D365 Program

- Accountable for the execution of D365 activities across markets.
- Ensure traceability of D365 requirements from design through testing to go-live.
- Lead consistency in delivery approach, tools, and documentation across all local implementations.
- Collaborate closely with the solution architect to ensure technical design aligns with business requirements and delivery plans.
- Ensure excellence in delivery from both internal teams and external partners.
- Implement governance routines, escalation processes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Apply methodology guidance, quality assurance, and delivery tools (e.g., ADO, SharePoint, MS Project).
- Ensure local teams follow regional PMO standards and delivery frameworks.
- Provide regular updates to the PMO and participate in daily stand-up meetings.
- Engage with regional and local market leadership, process owners, global process owners, and vendors.
- Support internal and external communications, including change network events and go-live readiness.
- Chair and lead the working committee and local MY &SG leadership team status meeting & update
- Support regional and local budget forecasting and tracking in coordination with local IT leader & finance controller
- Lead coordination across D365-related workstreams.
- Ensure alignment and readiness of each stream for SIT and UAT phases.
- Support change impact assessments and readiness planning in collaboration with the Change Lead.
- Coordinate D365 cutover planning and execution, ensuring business continuity and transition to BAU.
- Provide coaching and development support to local delivery teams.
- Lead vendor engagement and performance oversight, especially with the D365 implementation partner, Integration & Reporting partners
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with contractual expectations and timelines.
- Manage escalations, service quality, and integration of vendor activities into the overall D365 delivery.
- Manage regional meeting invites and scheduling.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MoM) before distribution
- Coordinate logistics for visitors and onsite activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- ~10 years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Proven expertise in ERP for Finance and Supply Chain is essential, ideally with Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex topics clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management—able to build trust, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
- Detail-oriented and accountable—takes ownership of deliverables and follows through with precision.
- Proficient in project tools such as ADO, SharePoint, and MS Project.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
