Manage and service all accounts within the Indian market, supporting the Director of Sales in achieving hotel revenue goals for rooms, events, restaurants, YUN, etc.
Develop and implement strategic sales plan tailored to the Indian market for both HK local and from India
Explore new sources of business by developing new contacts and maintain a robust client database
Conduct sales activities, including but not limited to client meetings and accounts development to ensure exceptional service and relationship management
Prepare weekly sales call reports, entertainment schedule and weekly call plan
Monitor local and international market trends, as well as competitors' sales activities to prepare appropriate strategies for review with the Director of Sales
Liaise with Events Management Team and other stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences and exceed clients' expectation for any Indian related events; proactively follow up on pre & post-event feedback
Promote seasonal packages and any promotion to major supporters
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant hotel sales experience in handling Indian market would be an advantage
Experience in account maintenance and development
Pleasant personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong strategic sales leadership skills
Well versed in computer applications, as well as hotel sales and events systems
Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluent in Hindi and Cantonese would be an advantage
