
Senior Business Development Manager (Laboratory)

- Identify target clients and relevant market opportunities then define and execute strategies to drive sales growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage end to end sales cycle from pitching, managing proposals and conducting client presentations
- Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends and client needs
- Provide leadership on team mentoring, performance and career development
- Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders from technical operations and marketing team on service delivery
- Stay on top of compliance regulations and industry standards and provide updates to management regularly to refine business strategies accordingly
- Diploma holder with at least 10 years' business development/sales experience which at least 3 years within a team management role
- Proven track record driving sales growth within laboratory testing business (especially on textile products)
- Strong understanding on testing compliance and regulations on textile goods
- Fluent communication in English
- Occasional business travelling is required
