The Job
  • Handle the property handover work and follow up the defects rectification
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Person
  • Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSE, including English and Chinese with min. 1-2 years' experience in customer services in Property Management industry OR Degree/Diploma holders with relevant experience.
  • Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
