- 依據預先設定的工作流程,專業地完成日常工作
- 記錄並跟進客戶查詢
- 積極學習並掌握最新的產品和服務知識,為客戶提供最佳的解決方案
- 中五或香港中學文憑考試以上教育程度
- 良好的英語、粵語、普通話書寫和口語能力
- 具備良好客戶服務技能及溝通技巧
- 至少 1 年客戶服務熱線/呼叫中心經驗
- Provide customers with high-quality customer hotline services and answer inquiries through telephone and digital channels
- Complete daily work professionally according to pre-set work processes
- Record and follow up on customer inquiries
- Actively learn and master the latest product and service knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions
- HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
- Good written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Strong with customer services skills, telephone manner and communication skills
- At least 1 year customer service / contact centre experience
