This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. about the team.Brand new headcount, excellent company culture. ...about the job.Payroll Processing & ComplianceAssist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple locations.Support compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.Help prepare payroll data for audits and reporting requirements.Payroll Operations & System SupportInput and verify payroll data in payroll systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to address payroll-related queries.Process payroll adjustments, benefits, and deductions under the guidance of the Payroll Manager.Employee SupportRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, providing clear and accurate information.Assist in communicating payroll policies, taxation, and benefits to employees.Ensure employees receive timely payroll-related updates and support.Process Improvement & ReportingSupport the identification of opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance efficiency.Assist in generating payroll reports for internal stakeholders.Provide support during internal and external payroll audits. skills & experiences required.Experience3+ years of experience in a payroll-related role, such as Payroll Specialist or Payroll Coordinator.Familiarity with payroll processes for a multi-location workforce.Basic knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Technical SkillsExperience with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll data analysis.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional RequirementsImmediate availability is highly preferred.
