ResponsibilitiesPrepare payroll payments, employer tax returns, ORSO and MPF contributions in compliance with statutory requirements and company policiesPerform tax computation and monitor recovery in accordance with the tax equalization procedures, liaise with relevant parties including external consultants on tax mattersPerform checking of rental reimbursement programProvide support on retirement schemes administrationCarry out period end closing activities for payroll accounting and prepare financial and business reports for management informationReview and exercise controls on payroll related processes to ensure compliance with internal control requirementsParticipate in system control review and system development and enhancement projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administrationAt least 3 years’ relevant experience, with general concepts of financial accounting and taxation principlesProficiency in both spoken and written English & ChineseProficiency in MS office applications including Excel and WordExperience in using SAP and Oracle would be an advantageA good team player, proactive, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
