Greet VIP / Club guest and bit farewell
Provide a smooth check in and check out experience
Handle guests' enquiries
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Minimum 1 year experience in service industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office or airline operations
Self-motivated and well-organized
Able to work independently and under pressure
