Highway Contract no.: 14/HY/2024 Highways Department Term Contract (Management and Maintenance of Roads on Hong Kong Island excluding Expressways and High Speed Roads 2025 – 2030)We are looking for an Assistant to Contract Manager to support contract administration and management for term maintenance contracts related to roads and drainage works.Responsibilities:Assist the Contract Manager (CM) in contract administration and general management duties.
Support the preparation and submission of reports, documentation, and performance records.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth contract execution.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving contractual or administrative issues.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Education: Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building or Civil Engineering.
