- Provide customer services and handle exhibitors' and contractors' enquiries
- Plan and coordinate event logistics and transportation by arranging detailed schedules (eg. temporary staff deployment planning, recruitment, storage & warehouse management)
- Coordinate with Event team on physical exhibition & virtual events' visitor's registration and pre-event preparation
- Compile Exhibitors Manuals
- Prepare events consumables (e.g. badges, lanyards, stand curtain, stationery, etc)
- Support at onsite venue
- Administrative task
- Support the setup of online exhibitor's manual to ensure compatibility with virtual event platform
- Assist on customer enquiries, telemarketing before and during events
- Support post-virtual show reporting
- Reflect customer feedback to Event teams to improve virtual event performance
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Customer Services or related field
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sizeable organization
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willing to learn new digital tools & platforms
- Native in speaking and writing English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Cooperative, diligent, initiative and mature
- Capable to multitask in tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
