About the opportunity

Resolve online inquiries from the fleet in professional manner
Handle fleet disputes online
Administer payment in internal systems
Carry out product tests for roll-out of new features
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What you need to be successful

Bachelor' Degree in Business or relevant.
1 year of experience in human resources, administration or operations
Welcoming fresh graduate candidates that are hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities
A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
Detail-minded and sensitive to numbers
Fluency in both Written English and Chinese
Patient and with positive attitude
