- Responsible for quotation preparation, as well as processing and fulfillment of orders. Follow through and coordinate across work teams according to client’s requirements to ensure quality and timely shipment schedule
- Provide quality and value-added client services. Timely response to customer inquiries, address any complaints and provide resolutions to their problems or issues in a professional manner.
- Preparation of quotation acceptance, receiving/releasing/transportation of goods, visual check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, and subsequently billing.
- Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by the Assistant Admin Manager
- Diploma or higher in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales administrative or customer service role.
- Good customer services and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
